• Innovated global news syndication for the UKI. The first automated news updates for English speaking countries outside of the US. This model has since been rolled out for India, China, Australia, Singapore and a host of other countries.
• Storage solutions, business video, and 20th Century Fox 24 DVD promotion pages – In response to client escalation, picked up all these campaign page builds which had been floundering for weeks in the Web Production Services development queue and created locally, resolving within a couple of days at almost no cost to the European client. This made the UKI the preferred pilot development platform for European web marketing rollouts.
• Samba – piloted this extremely large project for Small to Medium business for the UK which involved a new platform, architecture, content update, and cookie facilitated content views based on user interest tracking.
• Played a pivotal role in the global mobile site rollout for small screen devices. Fixed significant issues with the global mobile pages enabling successful indexation by search engines. My fixes then rolled out globally across all countries.
• Human network effect – humanizing technology – created landing page which resulted in up to 200 hits per day (http://www.cisco.com/cisco/web/UK/about/humannetwork/newway/index.html) and nearly 18,000 visitors between April and August 09
• Customer kings - http://www.cisco.com/cisco/web/UK/news/customer_kings/index.html - innovated new consumer look and feel for a unique PR marketing campaign, customer kings, resulting in 85,000 views of the competition landing page
• Successful implementation of best practice SEO strategies including organic tagging and content optimization, sitemaps, analytics, 301 redirects, keyword analysis, url anatomies, and broken link analysis resulting in more than 1600 subdirectory pages being ranked locally in the UK and all keyword pages appearing on page 1 google.com
• Redesigned the Public sector and channel partner pages – the changes to which were the first outside of the US
• Facilitated the transition of the UKI user tracking strategy across 3 different tracking technologies, click stream, Visual sciences lite and Omniture.
